A. Middleton ("Mid") Ramsey represents Georgia’s 10th Congressional District. He and his family live in Bogart.

Ramsey is Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of Athens First Bank and Trust Company. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Manager of Commercial Lending of Bankers First in Augusta, Georgia. Ramsey is also past Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of First Atlanta and First National Bank and Trust Company in Augusta.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.

Ramsey is a member of the Board of the Athens YMCA and is a member of the Advisory Board and Chairman of the Board of the Lanier Gardens/Talmadge Terrace Personal Care Center. He is a Board member of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame of the University of Georgia Chapter.

Mid Ramsey was appointed to the GSFC Board of Commissioners in April 2004. He was reappointed May 2010 and his term expires March 2016.
