Tracy Ireland
Tracy is vice president of Financial Aid Operations at GSFC. His area is responsible for all application processing and disbursement of loans, grants, and scholarships and the Customer Service Call Center. In addition, to his regular duties, Tracy is also involved with many special projects at GSFC.
Mr. Ireland began his career in financial aid in 1994 and has a broad range of experience in the industry. He has been with GSFC since 2001 and in that time has held a variety of positions.
Prior to joining GSFC, Tracy worked for College Foundation Inc, a private, non-profit student loan provider in Raleigh N.C. where he held a variety of positions including Director of North Carolina’s National College Savings Program, Call Center Manager, and Electronic Services Coordinator. Prior to joining CFI, he lived in Jacksonville, FL where he worked for Intuition Inc., where he began his career in financial aid as a customer service representative.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and lives in Cumming, GA with his wife Judy and their two sons.
