Many families find that student and parent loans are often a critical piece of their financial aid puzzle. Student loans are serious business and, unlike a grant, must be repaid. Repaying your student loans is your responsibility even if you withdraw from school, don't find your ideal/dream job, get paid a “fabulous salary”, or do not feel you got what you paid for.

Georgia Student Finance Authority (GSFA) is a participating lender in the Federal Family Education Loan Program. We offer loan programs to all students at all schools. You can find more information about the various loan programs at GAcollege411.org.

With the increasing costs of higher education, more and more families and students are looking to student loans to finance their education. Student loans are a great tool to ensure more students have access to higher education and are able to fulfill their dreams. However, student loans are serious business and bring with them a responsibility to fulfill the obligations of the loans.
