Roy Kilpatrick represents Georgia’s 12th Congressional District. He is married to Thelma M. Kilpatrick and they live is Statesboro.

Roy C. Kilpatrick retired Owner and CEO of Kilpatrick Realty & Insurance Agency Swainsboro, GA. Past President of the following organizations: Middle Georgia Independent Insurance Association, Altamaha Basin Board of Realtors, Swainsboro/Emanuel County Chamber of Commerce (2 terms), Swainsboro Country Club, Swainsboro Rotary Club and Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia. Served on the Board of Directors on all of the above mentioned organizations and on the Board of the Georgia Association of Realtors, Independent Insurance Agents of America ( 3 years) and Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, GA ( 3 years). Received numerous awards from Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia for outstanding service. In Rotary received the Paul Harris and Will Watt Fellow.
