Board Bylaws

The Georgia Student Finance Commission's (GSFC) Board of Commissioners operates according to guidelines set forth in formal bylaws officially adopted by the Board. GSFC's loan division (Georgia Student Finance Authority) and loan guaranty division (Georgia Higher Education Assistance Corporation) also have governing boards which have adopted bylaws.
